Can I shop in person?
Yes! Our warehouse is typically open every Thursday from 11:30am - 4:00pm for in-person shopping. Please call in advance to ensure we are not closed for a special event.
When will my order ship?
Your order will typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase date.
Where is my order?
If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting USPS/UPS immediately. Unfortunately once an order ships, we cannot be held responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
An item arrived damaged.
We are so sorry! Please reach out to us right away so that we may resolve it.
What is your return/exchange policy?
To ensure the quality of our products, we are not able to accept returns on oils or incense. All other items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. These items must be unused and in the same condition they were received. Please contact us first to receive a return authorization; you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
